SURPRISE PARTY FOR GRANDMA EILEEN!!

Grandma Eileen turned 80 and her kids put together a beautiful surprise party that included great Italian food, music and family and friends.

JOURNEY'S HONOR CHOIR CONCERT

Journey made the honor choir this year. It is a program for 6th graders in the Douglas County area. She had to audition. There were 15 schools and 7-8 students from each school were selected. They had their concert at Legend High School. I have to admit they sounded pretty great.
This is the group from Fox Creek with their music teacher Mr. Denman.
This is the whole group. Journey is standing in the front row behind the opening of the piano.
They each received a certificate after the show.

GRAHAM TURNS 14!!

Journey and Graham both played games all day. After some bad losses we went out to celebrate Grahams birthday. Can you believe he's 14.

JOURNEY'S FIELD TRIP

All of the 6th grade took the light rail downtown for the day. Their job was to walk around and take pictures of Urban life and then select a few pictures and write a poem about it. Journey took over 200 pictures so she selected some of her favorites to share. The weather was great, but it was opening day for the Rockies so it was a very crowded, busy downtown, but we had a great time.

HAPPY EASTER!!

We decided to go to Wyoming for Easter to visit new baby Ryder. He is adorable and you couldn't keep Journey away from him or the dogs away from Joey!!

Joey got a kite for his birthday and since we have had no good days to fly it. So finally there was a good day so they took it out.

EASTER WEEKEND

Joey and Gabe caught up with the Easter Bunny on a lunch break between games.
