Jason and I did not go all out with new paint and accessories, but our bed got a new look. I'm sure Joey will be next.

KIDS NEW BATHROOM!

I wish I would have taken some before and after of the kids bathroom but I had it all tore up and realized I didn't take any pictures. Well we no longer have a Sponge Bob bathroom we have graduated to Mickey Mouse (lol) I think it turned out pretty cute. This is what they wanted.

Happy New Year everyone. We have had quite a few busy couple weeks. Everyone is back in school and all events have started back up as well. Journey started practicing again twice a week for softball, Joey started playing basketball and is still playing guitar. We repainted Journey's room and the bathroom. I have posted all sorts of pictures so be sure to check "older posts to see them all.

SATURDAY NIGHT AT THE NUGGETS GAME!

We had a some fun on Saturday night at the game. The Denver Nugget Cheerleaders were out signing our free coffee cups. Joey could not resist so he got in line to check them out.

JOES 1ST BASKETBALL GAME!

Joey had his first game this weekend and it was a nail biter. They only lost by 1 point and joey scored 2 points(yeah).

JOURNEY'S OLD ROOM!

For her birthday Journey decided she wanted to give her room a face lift. So before we took it all apart I thought I would take some before and after pictures.

Having all this stuff take over the hall, bathroom and Joey's room was big motivation to get the room quickly painted and move it all back in. The girl has STUFF!!

Here is the finished product. I think it turned out pretty good. Journey is happy with it and it was nice to get her room cleaned out and refreshed.

We had a great dinner at The Keg. Joey thought it was Grandpas birthday and that is why we were going to dinner, but his birthday is not until June. After we got the birthday situation figured out Joey got up to use the bathroom and Grandpa told the waiter that it was Joey's birthday so they brought out a dessert for him.

LAST BRONCO GAME!

We had some friends over for the last Bronco game of the season. The season was not pretty I think we were all happy to see it come to an end.

MALL FUN!!

What the heck is it. We went into Hot Topic where you can ususally find some fun, interesting things and this for sure is interesting. A tail, a hat with ears and gloves with claws. Journey couldn't help but try it on.

Joey found the Microsoft store pretty fun. He actually looks right at home here. DJ JD (Joey D.)I think it has a nice ring to it.

EMPTY NO MORE!

Well after 3 years with an empty basement we got some great furniture and a TV donated to us by Grandpa Rick. We moved the game systems down there and it has become a great hang out for the kids and their friends. Hope to now make it a little more "homey" because for some reason it still looks empty?
