CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN ZOO!

After Journey's game on Sunday Jason took the kids to the Cheyenne Mtn. Zoo in Colorado Springs. Looks like it was a beautiful day. Looks like they had fun while I was stuck working.

FUN AFTER A LONG DAY!

After a long day of softball we went with Journey's friend McKenna from another team out to Smashburger and they had a band that was performing outside in a little courtyard. It was not exactly dining music but they were entertaining and so were the kids.

CRAZIEST CAR EVER!!

We saw this car in Colorado Springs. There are no real words to describe it. It was covered inside and out with all kids of crazy stuff.

JOURNEY'S SOFTBALL!!

Between Journey and Joey we they played 6 games over the weekend. Both kids had a great weekend and played well.
One of Journey's team mates is out for the rest of the season due to an illness. The girls put together a basket of goodies.

Gabe came out to watch Joey play. He needs to come to every game he was Joey's good luck charm. He played his best game all season.

SUMMER 2011

1st day out of school Journey was hanging with some friends and they came across this giant truck.

JOEY'S LAST DAY OF SCHOOL!

Joey is now officially a 4th grader. On his last day of school they have their "mini-society" project. Each kid or a group of kids get together and make goods to sell. Then the parents and siblings are invited to go shopping. Joey made decorated pencils. He teamed up with his friend Oscar and their store was called "Pencils, Ponies and Slippers"

Journey is officially an 8th grader. The year went by way to fast.
