We went to OKC from June 1-5 for a softball tournement. We had decorated doors for the girls. There was a team dinner and after the parents had drinks and the girls went swimming.

OKLAHOMA CITY!!
OKLAHOMA CITY BOMBING MEMORIAL!
All games were cancelled Saturday because of heavy rains throughout the night. We decided to go over and visit the memorial. I was so sad, but they took something really tragic and made it a peaceful and serene place to visit and reflect on how precious life is and remind us the effects that terrorism has.
BRICKTOWN!
After the memorial we met up with some of the team for lunch in Bricktown. Also the girls and Joey found a candy store they went crazy in.
COLLEGE WORLD SERIES!
Saturday night the team had tickets to the College World Series Game. We saw ASU play LSU and Cal State play Oregon. It was a good experience for the girls, but as you can tell it was a hot one.
FINALLY SOME SOFTBALL!!
Finally the girls were able to play. After no games Saturday and a 4 hour delay on Sunday we played. Journey played good, her team took 3rd in their brackett.
SITE SEEING IN OKC
We had some free time after the games and decided to walk around downtown and site see. We came across a baseball stadium for the Minor league team the Oklahoma City Redhawks for the Houston Astros. The stadium and area were really nice.
